Organic Farm Produce Boxes from Something Good Organics are available for pick it up at Brandon every Thursday after 1pm on the green benches by the front office.

If you haven’t signed up yet it is very easy. Simply visit their website somethinggoodorganics.com and follow the sign up instructions.  Select Brandon as your pick up location and $2 per box goes back to our school.  There are several box options available as well as an every other week option.  You may also add-on fresh baked bread, eggs, more fruit or additional lettuce.

Please return your FOLDED box to the pick up location to be collected and re-used by the farm.

Here is a little more info on the program...

John Givens Farm is located here in Santa Barbara County.  Your membership with our CSA minimizes your carbon footprint and encourages sustainability, while you gain the benefits of organic food and seasonal eating. The farm was established over 30 years ago and we are going strong with 170 acres stretched across Santa Barbara County. We grow over 75 varieties of veggies on the farm, plus a few extras like melons and strawberries. Occasionally we will purchase fruit from other local organic farms, but most of the box will contain Givens Farm produce. The vegetables are always seasonal, so our weather determines what's in your box during the year. We pick them within 24 hours of delivery. They are highly nutritious, taste delicious, and should last in your fridge for a long time if stored properly (check out our website for tips and tricks). We also strive to keep packaging at a minimum and ask that you bring your empty box back to your original pickup location each week.
