The Brandon Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a great resource for Incoming Kindergarten & New Families. As a non-profit parent led volunteer organization our mission is to build a school community that embraces all children.

Please take some time to explore our website, keep reading for additional helpful information, links and to sign up for Kindergarten Summer Play Dates. These PTA sponsored play dates are a great way for your child to meet other kindergarteners, explore the school playground, for families to ask questions and get to know each other.

Join the PTA: Becoming a member simply means you support the PTA in enriching your child's school experience.
Attend PTA Meetings: Once a month meetings to keep you informed on how the PTA is supporting your school.
Teacher & Classroom Assignments: Usually given out the day before school starts. EVERY TEACHER IS AMAZING!
ParentSquare: Events and updates are shared via ParentSquare. Follow these sign up directions before school starts.
Invest in Your Islander: Our annual giving campaign which helps fund the PTA's Budget.
Volunteering: Serving on a PTA committee or as an officer is a great way to participate and get to know other families.
InnerEXPLORER: A mindfulness tool used in the classrooms which you can use at home as well.
